Die etage° arbeitet eng mit regionalen und überregionalen Künsterlern*innen zusammen. In diesem Rahmen finden in der etage° Konzerte und Lesungen statt. Auch kleinere Theaterproduktionen werden aufgeführt.
Tickets im Vorverkauf können Sie in den Vorverkaufsstellen von Nordwest Ticket (z.B. Pressehaus des Weserkuriers) und Eventim (z.B. Karstadt in Bremen) erwerben. Alternativ können sie Tickets online über das Webshop der etage° bei Nordwest Ticket kaufen.

Move Aware
The program is based on movement practices and guided improvisation that helps to develop self-awareness and to reconnect with ourselves through movement.
During four 2-hour workshops we will be exploring how movement can help us highlight certain things about ourselves, and how our body can be our great supporter.
Moving without expectations, but through curiosity, awareness and care, we will try to find joy and relief in motion and discover something new about ourselves.
Each session will have a specific focus on topics of trust, comfort, stress release, emotion release and more, which will guide us in our exploration and discovery.
